Twelve Books to Cozy Up With This Fall

As much as I love summertime, there's something to be said of cozying up with a fall read as the temperatures drop. I love a good witchy novel as we approach Halloween, but I don't really read too many books from the horror genre. So, if that sounds like you, I have my Twelve Favorite Books to Cozy Up with This Fall. Each book, when possible, is linked to my review.

Twelve Books to Cozy Up With This Fall:

1.  The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling - If you are looking for a witchy romance, this is it!

2.  A Witch in Time by Constance Sayers - An atmospheric read incorporating time travel.

3.  The Witch of Willow Hall by Hester Fox - A historical and spooky tale!

4.  A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness - This one has it all! Historical details, paranormal elements, romance, and magic!

5.  Mrs. Poe by Lynn Cullen - Who doesn't want to learn more about Edgar Allan Poe and Frances Osgood around spooky season?

6.  Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia - This is about as "scary" as it gets for me! This was one creepy Gothic thriller!

8.  Practical Magic by Alice Hoffman - This classic witchy novel if you ask me!

9.  The Guest List by Lucy Foley - An edge of your seat thriller that takes place on a remote island in Ireland.

10.  The Diviners by Libba Bray - A fantastic paranormal thriller that takes place in 1920s New York.

11.  Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier - A Gothic classic.

12.  The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna- A charming book about a quirky family of witches.

On My TBR:

Spells for Forgetting by Adrienne Young - This one has it all: magic, secrets, romance, and a murder mystery.

Hester by - A re-imagining of the woman who inspired Hester Prynne, from The Scarlet Letter.

Spells for Lost Things by Jenna Evans Welch - Two teen girls are dragged to Salem, Mass for the summer.

The Kiss Curse by Erin Sterling - This is book two in the Ex Hex series.

A Lullaby for Witches by Hester Fox - A witchy New England tale

So, have you read any of these books? Are they on your TBR list? Let me know your favorite books to curl up with this fall.
