Spotlight: The Magic of Lemon Drop Pie

No matter what those Pumpkin Spice lovers keep telling me, I will insist that summer isn't over yet! I'm still all about those summertime reads and high up on my list this summer is The Magic of Lemon Drop Pie by Rachel Linden.  I'm part of Berkley's blog tour today celebrating its recent publication. It sounds like the perfect summertime read to curl up with. And how adorable is the cover? It's got to be one of my favorite covers of the year!

Learn More About the Novel:

The story: "After her mother’s tragic death ten years ago, Lolly abandoned her dream of opening a restaurant and left her first love behind to care for her younger sister and grieving father and keep her family’s struggling Seattle diner afloat. Now, a decade later, nothing has changed. Each morning Lolly dutifully whips up the diner’s famous lemon meringue pies while fantasizing about the life she should be living.
As Lolly’s thirty-third birthday approaches, she finds herself re-evaluating everything. After sharing her discontentment, her quirky great-aunt gives her a mysterious gift—three lemon drops, each of which allows her to live a single day in a life that might have been hers. What if her mom hadn’t died? What if she had opened her own restaurant in England? What if she hadn’t broken up with the only man she's ever loved? All these questions and more will be answered with each adventure."
