4.  A Well-Behaved Woman by Therese Anne Fowler

5.  The American Heiress by Daisy Goodwin

6.  The English Wife by Lauren Willig

7.  Luxe by Anna Godbersen

8.  The Husband Hunters by Anne de Courcy

9.  These Shallow Graves by Jennifer Donnelly

10.  Our Kind of People by Carole Wallace

11. That Churchill Woman by Stephanie Barron

So, have you read any of these books? Are any of them on your TBR list? Let me know what you think in the comments below.

  1. I haven't been watching the show, but the Gilded Age is one of my favorite time periods to read about and watch! It reminds me of Newport, RI. I've read a few of these books and have a couple more on my TBR! Great list!

    1. I hope to visit Newport one day. I hear it's amazing! I agree about the time period--so much fun to read about! Thanks for visiting, Angela!

  2. I've read The Social Graces, A Well Behaved Woman, and That Churchill Woman. The Husband Hunters and The Heiress Gets a Duke are in a box somewhere in my living room waiting to be unpacked when I build the next 3 shelves, lol... I also want to read The American Heiress and the Address for sure! And cannot WAIT for the season to finish, so we can buy a month of HBO Max and binge-stream the series - super excited to dig in to that!

    1. That is a smart idea to binge watch it! I have been really enjoying it. I look forward to your thoughts on the show! I hear you about building more shelves. I have been talking about adding more shelves to our living room for years now! Thanks for visiting, Rebecca!

I really appreciate your comments. Thank you!
