What I'm Reading Next (49)

It's that month where you just want to curl up with a hot beverage and enjoy an atmospheric read as the leaves start to fall. The horror genre really isn't my thing, but I have some slightly spooky and/or witchy novels that I hope to read this month in addition to the novels I'll be reviewing. Let me know what you plan to read this month!

Oh William! by Elizabeth Strout

This is an October must-read for me written by a phenomenal author.

Frankie & Bug by Gayle Forman

I adore Gayle Forman and I am excited to read her debut middle grade novel. It takes place during the summer of 1987. Does that make it historical fiction? *internally screaming*

The Wicked Widow by Beatriz Williams

You guys know I love a good Beatriz Williams novel. I can't wait to continue with The Wicked City series.

The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling

I have enjoyed Rachel Hawkins' books in the past, so when I heard she was the author of this witchy romance, I knew I had to get my hands on a copy. It seems like the perfect October read and I love the Bewitched vibes.

The Vanished Days by Susanna Kearsley

This is one of my most anticipated reads for 2021. I hear it's perfect for Outlander fans.

The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles

I have not read Towles other two novels, even though I own A Gentleman in Moscow, but I have heard such good things about him.  I look forward to reading this much talked about historical novel set in 1950s America.

A Witch in Time by Constance Sayers

Now seems like the perfect time to dive into this witchy time-travel tale.

What books do you hope to cozy up with this month? Are any of these books on your TBR list? Let me know in the comments below.
