Waiting on Wednesday: Changes in Latitudes
Book Review: Mariana by Susanna Kearsley

I've been a bit behind on my posts lately, because my entire house has been sick for awhile. It started off as colds and then progressed to something more, which has been tough for my sons, especially my 9 month old. I even caught strep for the first time! UGH!  We are so ready for spring!

Anyway, we are on the mend now, but I am still a bit behind with my blogging and reading.  I'll be sharing my thoughts on Long May She Reign by Rhiannon Thomas this coming week. It's a new YA fantasy that is stand-alone, which is nice as it seems there are way too many fantasy series out there lately. I'll also be sharing a fun Valentine's Day post in the next few days.

Changes in Latitudes by Jen Malone - Thanks to Harper Teen and Edelweiss
Romancing the Throne by Nadine Jolie Courtney - Thanks to Katherine Tegen and Edelweiss

Seven Days of You by Cecilia Vinesse - Thanks to Little, Brown and NetGalley
Bad Blood by Demetria Lunetta - Thanks to NetGalley and Random House

Letters to the Lost by Brigid Kemmerer - Thanks to Bloomsbury and NetGalley
The Roanoke Girls by Amy Engel - Thanks to LibraryThing Early Reviewers and Crown

Alex and Eliza by Melissa de la Cruz - Thanks to Putnam
The Book Jumper by Mechthild Glaser- Thanks to Becky at Stories and Sweeties

  2. I hope you and your family are back to 100% soon. Strep is awful and it is tough being sick as a little kid too :(

Love the books on your list. Such pretty covers too. I thought of you when I saw that royal romance on Edelweiss. I'm looking forward to that one. I can't wait to read your thoughts on it.

I am currently without a computer so I won't be posting my updates this week. I'm tempted to go to Best Buy and get another one though I need to save my money for the dentist and new tires.

    1. Thanks, Christina! I have never had strep before. It was no fun. :( I'm sorry to hear about your computer troubles. They are the worst. I also hear you about the dentist. My dental bills are always through the roof. Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a good week!

  3. I've been pretty absent as well but for completely different reasons. But I'm going to do my best to change that today. Trying to catch up on Bloglovin' then I'm hoping to get caught up on writing reviews. I hope everyone's feeling so much better now. It sucks when it's the little ones that get sick. :(

    Have a great week, Christina!

    1. It really is hard when the little guys get sick and me on top of it. It's hard to manage everything. I look forward to your reviews! Thanks for visiting!

    1. I have had bronchitis as a teenager, but never strep. It's horrible. :( I blame the preschool germs my son brings home. That sounds great! I look forward to reading it! :) Have a great week as well!

  6. Sorry for the sickness in your house! It's never fun. I'm trying to keep up on the blog, but it happens sometimes where you just can't.

  7. I've seen Long May she Reign on a few blogs now, and am curious because I do like a good fantasy standalone. As much as I like series it is a nice change to have a one and done every now and then. Changes in Latitude looks fun.

    Hope everyone is feeling better!

    1. I loved that it was a fantasy standalone and pretty much the main reason why I picked it up. It's so hard to commit to an entire series. Thanks for visiting, Greg!

  8. I hope you and your babies are feeling better soon, Christina! It's always hard taking care of yourself and everyone at the same time! I can't wait to read Letter to the Lost, it looks sad but so good! And yay, I'm glad you got The Book Jumper! I hope you enjoy it, it was a good one, a few flaws but still a fun read!
