Top Ten Tuesday: 2016 Releases I Meant To Read

It's impossible to get to all the books that I want to read in a given year. Today I'm sharing the 2016 releases that wasn't able to read despite my best efforts.  Hopefully I will have time to pick up a few of these books up this year. Fingers crossed!

1.  The Swans of Fifth Avenue by Melanie Benjamin
2.  Love, Lies, and Spies by Cindy Anstey

3.  Hearts, Fingers, and Other Things to Cross by Katie Finn
4.  Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas

5.  Commonwealth by Ann Patchett
6.  Yesternight by Cat Winters

7.  The Wangs vs. the World by Jade Chang
8.  A Most Extraordinary Pursuit by Juliana Gray

9.  Illusion by Martina Boone
10.  Love, Alice by Barbara Davis

Have you read any of these books? Which ones should I bump up on my TBR list? Let me know in the comments below.  This meme is hosted by  The Broke and The Bookish.

  1. I liked Love, Lies and Spies and plan to read the sequel. I also liked A Most Extraordinary Pursuit. I was surprised to find out that the author is Beatriz Williams!

Hope you get to read these this year.

    1. I really wanted to pick up Love, Lies and Spies---hopefully I can get a copy from the library this year. I am glad to hear you enjoyed Most Extraordinary....I knew Beatriz Williams wrote it, which initially grabbed my attention....hoping to check that one out this year as well. Thanks for visiting, Christina!

  2. Ohhh I wanted to read Love, Lies and Spies and The Wangs vs. The World as well. I still need to get a copy of the latter, though.

I hope you'll find the time for these books this year, Christina!

  3. I've read three of these and would rank them as follows (best to least liked): The Swans of Fifth Avenue, Commonwealth, and The Wangs vs the World.

  4. I wanted to read Love Lies and Spies as well. Ugh, so many books just fly right by. I did read Yesternight, and while I did like it, it was definitely not Cat Winters' best, in my opinion.

    1. Me too! Just not enough time! I'm glad to hear that I didn't miss too much with Yesternight. I read some just ok reviews, so I decided to move it down on my TBR list. Thanks for visiting, Becky!
