Key West Time

Famous Sloppy Joe's Bar
If you guys remember, I went to Key West last July and LOVED it.  This year, I am going again with friends for a long weekend.

Top Five Coolest Things To Do In Key West:

1.  Hit up all the fun open-air bars on Duval Street and the sidewalk cafes and restaurants. My favorite is Lazy Gecko and Hog's Breath.

2.  Visit Mallory Square for their sunset celebration. Not only do they have fun live entertainment, drinks, and other shenanigans, it's the most beautiful Gulf sunset ever.

3.  Eat things like Frozen Key Lime Pie on a stick, or have a Key Lime Pie daiquiri or margarita.  Amazing!

4.  Visit the end of Route One or the southernmost point in the continental US. I also love to visit Hemingway's house and Truman's Little White House.

5.  Forget all your problems and worries as you walk the palm lined streets and admire the gingerbread mansions or conch style homes all while enjoying the tropical climate without ever leaving the USA. The best way to see all of Key West? On an old-time trolley tour complete with a nice ocean breeze.

Things are going to be quiet around here, but I promise to post new pictures and new reviews when I return.  If you want to see some of my Key West pictures from last year, check out this post.

Have any of you ever been to Key West or plan to go? What are you favorite things to do there?

Have a great weekend,
