Friday Five and a Giveaway (43)

Guys, it's been awhile since my last Friday Five! Sometimes I like to talk about what I am currently into that is not necessarily book related. Here's what I have been up to/thinking about/enjoying lately.

1.  Sex and Whiskey Podcast - I love Lani Diane Rich's podcast on Outlander. I've listened to her podcast last year and am a huge fan. If you are an Outlander fan and you want something funny, smart, and thought provoking to listen to after you watch the episode, check this out. Plus, she's a NYT best selling author, so she knows stories.

2.  A Hard Rain's Gonna Fall - Speaking of Outlander, did you see the last episode? I loved their use of Walk off the Earth's cover of Bob Dylan's song at the end of the episode. I thought it worked very well. Hauntingly beautiful.

3.  Autumn in the Park - This is the Yankee candle I am currently obsessed with. I am loving this fall scent. It's the perfect blend of pumpkin, apples, and leaves. And how gorgeous is this picture? 

4.  Sweetbitter- Have you guys read this book by Stephanie Danler? I have not had the chance to, but I read some mixed reviews for it. I'm not sure it's for me, but I am intrigued. Did you hear that Starz is making it into a TV show?
